A cookie is a small piece of data stored by a website in your browser. PIERL also uses similar browser storage such as localStorage to remember your language, bag, sign-in state and cookie choice.
2. Essential storage
pierl.locale: remembers Chinese, English or Japanese;
pierl.cart.v1: keeps your bag between pages;
Supabase Auth session: maintains a secure session after you choose to sign in;
pierl.cookie-consent.v1: records your cookie choice.
Blocking or clearing essential storage may stop sign-in, bag or language features from working. You can still browse and purchase when choosing necessary storage only.
3. Analytics and advertising
Analytics may help us understand aggregate website use. Advertising tools may measure Instagram, Facebook or other campaign performance. PIERL loads non-essential analytics or advertising tracking only after you choose “Accept all”. No third-party advertising tracker is currently active.
4. Manage your choice
You may clear browser data or use this button to show the choices again. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it.
Website usage analytics
With your consent, PIERL uses Cloudflare to record home and product page views, active seconds, visible sections, scroll depth, viewport category and bag / preorder enquiry button counts. Each page uses a new random identifier, without identifying visitors across pages. We do not record form contents, URL query parameters, member identity or precise location, and do not store IP addresses in the analytics database. IP addresses are used only for short-lived abuse rate limiting. Records cover the latest 90 Hong Kong calendar days and are cleared daily; reports are restricted to authorised administrators. Reset your choices in the Cookie Policy to stop future analytics.
